This position will provide site management for mobilization of DART. In this role, the Senior Director of Mechanical Maintenance (SRS US) will have full authority and decision-making capabilities. The principal responsibilities are to serve as the primary contact between clients and Stadler, respond to all communications and decision making related to the administration and delivery of the contracts, and be responsible for the performance of services and contractual compliance.

This position will provide site management for mobilization of DART. In this role, the Senior Director of Mechanical Maintenance (SRS US) will have full authority and decision-making capabilities. The principal responsibilities are to serve as the primary contact between clients and Stadler, respond to all communications and decision making related to the administration and delivery of the contracts, and be responsible for the performance of services and contractual compliance.
Key Activities
- Operational safety and performance
- Efficient operations and supervisory roles of all direct reports
- Management of systems and procedures, and policies
- Compliance with all contract deliverables and contractual obligations
- Coordination with maintenance contractor for training and movement of equipment
- Documentation of procedures and accurate record keeping
- Inputs for WLC and Budgets
- Invoicing and Procurement of materials, hours and ancillary expenses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Transportation/Transit, or related field
- Five or more years of leadership experience; transit experience is preferred
- Five or more years of experience in rolling stock maintenance, required
- Experience with operations compliance
- Strong knowledge of FRA, and other state/local regulations related to the contracted maintenance, operation, and scope of work is required
- Service contract experience with a focus on safety, quality, customer service, performance, regional cost efficiencies, innovation, and state of good repair
- Effective communication skills including conflict resolution and the ability to provide excellent customer service to customers, employees, and vendors
- The ability to provide on-site leadership to support Mobilization and Maintenance and support future TSSSA contracts
- Willingness to relocate to Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX
