You will play a crucial part in ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the welding and assembly processes.
Key Activities
- Assemble aluminum subassemblies and structures following technical drawings and work instructions.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations with precision and integrity to complete car body structures.
- Conduct finishing work on welded components, ensuring smooth surfaces and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate efficiently within a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely project progress.
- Maintain high-quality standards through inspections and adherence to production guidelines.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding
- At least 2 years of experience welding aluminum
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in welding.
- American Welding Society (AWS) certification, preferred.
- Process-specific certifications in MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding.
- Fluent in English with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Teamwork experience collaborating effectively within a diverse, international group.
- Loyal personality with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge.
- Must be able to complete up to 3 months of training at our European competence center in Hungary to obtain EN certification and specialized training in car body manufacturing. Expenses will be covered by the company.
