Day (United States of America) Plant Operator This individual will be responsible for the operation of all mechanical systems and general maintenance. Observation, checks, cleaning and preventative maintenance are also responsibilities of the Plant Operator. - High School diploma or GED equivalent required. - Ability to operate steam boilers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, etc. - Sufficient experience to have acquired a general knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance. - Ability to retrieve information from building management System Computer. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently when necessary. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task. - Must have good interpersonal communication skills. - Must be customer-service oriented and able to effectively communicate and build relationships with Team Members at all levels in the organization.
