Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office atmosphere
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including mail and deliveries
- Order office lunches and coffee throughout the day
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and general team support
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support, errands and personal assistance
- Help coordinate meetings and events
- Open the office every morning ensuring the office remains tidy, organized, and fully stocked
- Open to tasks as needed and resourcefulness
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative, office assistant, or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
