Job Description & Requirements General Surgery Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $2199.97 - $2199.95 This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : 24-Hour Call shifts Setting : Hospital Required Procedures : General Surgical Cases, Trauma cases,Central Line Insertion, Chest Tube Insertion, Vascular Access Devices, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, and Colon / Small Bowel. Patient Age Demographic : Pediatrics to Geriatrics, Pediatrics could be at the discretion of the physician and pediatrics is typically only skin and soft tissue. Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days Facility Location Located at the confluence of the Tennessee and Ohio rivers, Paducah is well known as a hub of activity in western Kentucky.
