Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator :
- Full time (40 / hours = Monday – Friday)
- Overtime (Saturday and / or Sunday if needed, required overtime will be announced each Thursday prior to the
weekend).
8 regular hours per dayShifts available :o 2nd shift = 4pm – Midnight
o 3rd shift = Midnight to 8am
Prior experience operating and setting up machinery in a manufacturing plant required, operating extrusionequipment is a plus.
Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills helpful.Capable of reading and writing in Englisho A production report must be completed, in writing, throughout the shift.
Ability to read a micrometer & tape measure.Understand / follow instructions on production orders and set-up equipment accordingly.o We will train on the specifics regarding the raw materials.
Must possess critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in order to make adjustments to the machinery.Must work well with co-workers.Must have effective communication skills.o Operators serve in a leadership capacity for the production line crew and must be able to effectively
lead and communicate job details with coworkers.

Production line performance
Any challenges encountered
Machinery issues or preventive maintenance needed.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of the product meets customer expectations.Must possess basic computer skills to generate product labels.Must keep area in and around production line clean during shift.Must wear required PPE (Safety glasses & Earplugs)Employer preferences :
Effective communication skills.Ability to speak and understand both English and Spanish is not required, but helpful.Geographically desirable to south Fort Worth, with reliable transportation.Previous experience with plastics a plus.Things to know :
Environment is not climate controlled.Machinery / Grinders are loud.
