Injection Molding / Process Technician with a minimum of 2 years' experience. This position will report to the Lead Process Technician for but not limited to :
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain standard cycle times and part quality
- Be able to understand and communicate the information provided within the job packet pertaining to specification sheet, standard routing, B.O.M.'s, scrap reports and quality requirements
- Be able to identify all resins used in molding operation including regrind and the associated usage percentage
- Must understand and operate the operator interface 'CRT' screen on computer-controlled presses, including all screens required to control the process
- Must be able to establish a new process, do mold sets, Robot Programming and start a machine based upon settings in Mold Books / QR Code.
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of hot runner systems, Valve Gates, and standard sprue molds
- Trouble shoot issues on Injection Molding machines and Robots.
- Other duties as assigned by Management

AVAILABLE SHIFTS : 2nd Shift 4PM-12AM & 3rd Shift 12AM-8PM
