Accountant/Bookkeeper with Netsuite
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is a plus
Computer skills:
MS Office Suite with Excel, Oracle Netsuite
Experience:
- Monthly closing of books using Netsuite software – coding, reconciliations, necessary journal entries and adjustments (inventory and service industry experience)
- Complete year-end depreciation entries/closing
- General Ledger entries
- Complete daily bank deposits of customers payments
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Collect past due balances from customers
- Assist with tax filings
- Monthly Payroll Tax/Sales Tax Filings for multiple clients
