Job Description

Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller - Savannah (onsite)

Financial Reporting :

  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income

statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Analyze financial data to provide insights into key performance

    • indicators and trends.

  • Cost Control :
  • Implement and maintain effective cost control measures to optimize

    • operational efficiency.

  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings

    • without compromising service quality.

  • Financial Planning and Strategy :
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial

    • strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Assess the financial feasibility of expansion projects, renovations,

    • or other capital investments.

    Cash Management :

  • Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring receivables,

    • payables, and working capital.

  • Optimize cash position and recommend investment strategies.

    • Team Leadership :

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and

    • high-performance work environment.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on industry

    • trends and best practices.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced

    • degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial

    • management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

    • Base salary up to 90k plus 3 weeks vacation and Excellent Benefits.
