Bookkeeper - Immediate need
Duties Include:
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Prepare monthly GL Account reconciliations and analysis for approval.
- Month-end and Year-end close.
- Support the AP/AR process.
- Payroll
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Controller.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people internally & externally.
- Strong Excel skills.
- ERP System experience.
- Persistent, results-oriented, and hits deadlines.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to support the growth of the company.
Salary 55k-60k plus benefits and great Company Culture.
