Construction Customer Service / Warranty Administrator
Our client located in Gwinnett is looking to fill a position for a Warranty Administrator.
- The primary function of this position will be communicating with builder warranty personnel and homeowners to identify and resolve any warrantable items that arise after closing.
- The Warranty Coordinator will schedule the job with the homeowner, order and track materials, input the data into work orders in Solomon, and schedule with the dispatch team.
- Other functions include filing claims for manufacturing defects, helping A/R with the application of payment, invoicing, and check reconciliation.
- The person in this role will be in the office full-time.
- The position requirements are below:
- Ability to pull information from multiple sources to create work orders.
- Efficient and effectivein solving problems and completing tasks.
- Ability to think quickly, make decisions
- Excellent Excel skills are required.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.
Salary: Base salary $60K's plus Benefits and the opportunity to work with a great team.
