Position Overview:
The Cost Accountant will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting cost data to support budgeting, pricing, and profitability decisions. This role partners closely with operations and finance teams to drive accurate reporting and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform cost analysis for raw materials, labor, and overhead
● Maintain standard costs and update bills of materials
● Monitor inventory transactions and perform variance analysis
● Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
● Support internal audits and cost-related compliance
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
● 3 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
● Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
