Key Responsibilities

Perform Routine Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and Repair : Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and perform necessary repairs to maintain production efficiency.
Equipment Setup and Adjustment : Assist in the installation, setup, and adjustment of new machinery and equipment.
Maintain Records : Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with Team : Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.

Rotational Training Program

CNC Machine Maintenance Training : Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program where you will learn CNC machine maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance techniques.

Skill Development : Gain hands-on experience with various types of manufacturing machinery and learn best practices in machine maintenance.

Mentorship : Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced technicians and engineers to develop your technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Military Veterans : Prior military experience is highly valued, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Mechanical Aptitude : Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
