We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to oversee financial management, sales tax compliance, human resources, and staff supervision. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
🔹 Oversee large volume payables and receivables using QuickBooks Desktop.
🔹 Ensure accurate accounting practices across multiple locations.
2. Sales Tax Compliance:
🔹 Manage sales tax calculations and filings for various jurisdictions.
🔹 Stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance.
3. Human Resources:
🔹 Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration.
🔹 Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding HR policies.
4. Staff Management:
🔹 Directly manage a small team of 2 employees.
🔹 Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
5. Organizational Skills:
🔹 Implement systems to ensure efficient workflow and organization.
🔹 Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
