Financial Analyst

Location: Kennesaw, GA


Who:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, possesses strong time management skills, and is highly proficient in financial analysis and reconciliation tasks. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.

What:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing accurate and timely financial data, overseeing inventory and asset management, and reconciling accounts. This role supports strategic decision-making across departments, ensuring financial performance is optimized by analyzing trends, identifying variances, and suggesting improvements. You will also manage fixed assets and collaborate closely with internal and external partners.

When:
This is a full-time position with immediate availability. Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, with 8 to 10 hour shifts. Occasional night shifts or weekend work may be required.

Where:
This position is based at our headquarters in Kennesaw, GA, and requires the ability to commute to the office for in-person work.

Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing key financial processes, including weekly closing activities, inventory reconciliation, fixed asset tracking, and journal entries. You will provide financial analysis, explain key financial indicators, and assist the finance and accounting team with additional tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee weekly closing activities.
  • Reconcile inventory accounts for finished goods, ingredients, packaging, and spare parts.
  • Manage fixed assets and capital expenditures in compliance with company policies and GAAP.
  • Conduct financial analysis, monitor variances, and suggest process improvements.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of business finance and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on financial data analysis.
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environments.
