We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team and support key HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and payroll coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Serve as the first point of contact for employee & management HR inquiries
✔️ Maintain data integrity in HRIS & Time Clock systems
✔️ Support day-to-day HR processes & administrative tasks 📋
✔️ Assist in recruitment efforts for non-exempt positions
✔️ Facilitate New Hire Orientation & onboarding processes 🎓
✔️ Oversee benefits enrollment & employee documentation
✔️ Ensure compliance with state & federal HR regulations ⚖️
✔️ Partner with payroll specialists to process payroll prep items weekly 💰
✔️ Maintain accurate employee files, performance records, & disciplinary actions
🔹 Qualifications:
🔹 3 years of HR Generalist experience
🔹 Strong problem-solving & interpersonal skills
🔹 Excellent written & verbal communication skills ✍️
🔹 Ability to analyze HR data & maintain compliance
🔹 Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
🔹 Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
