Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus, excellent benefits, and generous PTO.

Position Overview:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role will support the organization by managing benefits, onboarding, and HR programs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Maintain HR records and manage reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
