RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a positive/friendly/helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs
- Assist customers with their questions/needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
- Inside Sales quote and order processing:
- Answer phones, Email
- Determine products required by customer and suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer’s order
- Keep abreast of new product information and upcoming product promotions
