As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating, overseeing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The Production Supervisor's role includes vigilant monitoring of product quality throughout development, ensuring all specifications are met within tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of workers.
- Exercise vigilant supervision over the entire production process.
- Collaborate closely with planning to guarantee timely delivery of production schedules.
- Drive cost-effective production practices.
- Guarantee on-time production of high-quality products.
- Strategically allocate human and material resources.
- Develop comprehensive timelines for floor operations.
- Review and provide practical insights on estimates generated by quoters.
- Implement client-defined and company-mandated quality standards.
- Continuously monitor production processes, adjusting schedules as required.
- Oversee equipment selection and maintenance coordination.

- Oversight of engineering, procurement, and shipping efforts to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery of assembled products.
