Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way. Here's what you'll be doing :

Supervising and motivating staff to achieve manufacturing goals
Monitoring workflow and implementing improvement
Maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency
Overseeing personnel training and development
Contributing innovative ideas to enhance productivity

What You Bring :

Strong leadership skills with supervisory experience

Excellent communication and listening skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

Physical Requirements :

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift items exceeding 50 pounds occasionally

Willingness to perform tasks that involve kneeling, standing, stooping, and bending

Comfort with prolonged periods of sitting and standing
