Sales Office Administrator:
Up to $65,000 Annual Salary (Depending on Experience)
On-site Corporate Office position. This role will support the growing Sales Team and will be a point of contact for the department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the sales department records, reports, and databases
- Maintain vendor portals
- Answer incoming calls for the sales team and reply to emails as needed
- Conduct research for the sales team as needed Schedule meetings and luncheons
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Outlook, MS Teams plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with a CRM or similar platform a plus
- Knowledge or experience within the construction industry is a plus
