This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
✅ Manage general ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes
✅ Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting and data analysis
✅ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
✅ Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
✅ Support audit and tax preparation processes
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes
🎯 Qualifications:
🔹 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a mid-sized or large company)
🔹 Proficiency in NetSuite is required
🔹 Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
🔹 Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
🔹 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
