Shipping/Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate picking, packaging, and shipments of product to our Customers
• Make sure all costs are lowest possible and develop and implement cost saving procedures
• Track inventory to insure timely and accurate shipments
• Make sure product is available in time to fill orders
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, and shipping/receiving.
• Maximize productivity and minimize costs through efficient resource utilization.
• Oversee and perform receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance tasks. Implement and maintain safety and operational procedures.
• Manage stock control, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery.
• Continuously improve operational processes.
• Manage warehouse shipping and receiving supplies.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or Bachelors Degree in business management or a related field; 5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Suites.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with inventory management systems and barcode technology.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
