Position Overview:
The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, assist with month-end close, process invoices, collaborate on audits, and refine accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, reconcile payments, and ensure compliance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included).
