Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Immediate opportunity for a Superintendent that is open to travel, for a commercial construction company in the Houston area $75K base plus bonus, PAID benefits and perks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years exp in commercial steel building and concrete construction - overseeing projects including employees and contractors in regard to safety
- Provide project list with resume
- Ability to read architectural drawings, documents, schematics and written instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Basic computer skills
- MUST Be open to travel and will be paid a bonus for travel work
- Will be paid per diem and lodging for out-of-town travel
- Valid Texas driver’s license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee finish projects like carpet /paint/ drywall/electrical/tile
