Staff Finders Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team. This position involves performing vital clerical tasks in an efficient and accurate manner. Responsibilities :
- Carry out operational tasks by following established processes to electronically scan and store hard copy employee files, ensuring that information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Collate materials and scan them into SharePoint folders for proper organization and storage.
- Work according to an assigned schedule, completing a 40-hour work week with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday. Flexible start times between 7 AM and 8 AM.
- Maintain and protect confidential employee information while adhering to established security protocols.
- Perform repetitive tasks with a focus on consistency, ensuring a high level of accuracy throughout all activities.
- Uphold operational efficiency by maintaining a well-organized workspace and following company procedures.
Requirements :
