Key Responsibilities:
- Spend approximately 50% of your day on the shop floor, ensuring seamless operations and supporting production teams.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address challenges effectively.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across all organizational levels, providing direct line support to production employees and sharing project updates with management.
- Apply knowledge of assembly processes and tooling to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs as part of your duties (infrequent).
- Operate equipment such as factory vehicles (e.g., Gators) following proper training and safety protocols.
- Travel between facilities in your personal vehicle for meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including wearing metatarsal shoes from the first day on the job.
- 1st shift: 5am 1:30pm
- Note: The role may require support or transition to off-shift. Overtime may be necessary based on business needs.
