Responsibilities
- Lead sustaining engineering projects to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
- Initiate and implement programs aimed at continuously improving manufacturing processes.
- Conduct safety risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigations to enhance workplace safety.
- Collaboratively design and develop tools, such as machine guarding, to improve safety metrics.
- Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
- Document all processes and tooling using applicable systems, including SAP and TLM.
- Act as a liaison between engineering and production teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Maintain and adhere to all specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
