Job Summary :
Staff Finders Technical is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Material Replenishment Specialist to join our team in Dubuque, Iowa. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing efficient material replenishment processes to support production operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, contributing to the smooth flow of production while optimizing costs and resources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and implement material replenishment processes that align with current production requirements, focusing on lean manufacturing and cost optimization.
- Develop, execute, and audit material replenishment strategies, including sequencing, kitting, and controlled delivery based on the production schedule.
- Manage and coordinate plans for every part, along with storage solutions, ensuring efficient in-process material sizing and cost control.
- Collaborate with the Supply Management team to determine optimal replenishment parameters, such as order frequency and quantities.
