Job Summary :
As a Customer Success Specialist for High-Value Crops (HVC), you will work directly with customers who grow crops in beds, on vines, or in trees, helping them maximize productivity and profitability through John Deeres technology solutions. Youll identify opportunities for improvement, document customer feedback, and facilitate the adoption of new solutions by enabling quick feedback loops.
High-Value Crop Production System Overview : This role focuses on integrating a new customer base into John Deeres ecosystem by leveraging existing hardware and software solutions to add incremental value to growers of high-value crops.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges, needs, and successes.
- Document detailed feedback to inform product development.
- Support the development, deployment, and testing of new hardware and software solutions.
- Build and manage a reference customer list, identifying participants for research and validation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, user experience teams, field testing teams, and crop specialists to drive cohesive outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with customers via in-person visits, video calls, surveys, and other channels.
