Job Summary
The License & Sales Management Specialist will provide exceptional customer and dealer support by serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and enrollment activities. This role involves managing customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems while ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to policies. The position is scheduled for weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM CST).
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer and dealer queries, handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Provide accurate product and service information while guiding customers and dealers through enrollment activities.
- Navigate complex scripts and processes to clarify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
- Manage conversations related to contracts, legal entities, and tax rules.
- Document interactions thoroughly in internal systems, ensuring quality data collection and follow-up actions.
- Validate and improve processes for broader team application.
- Handle dealer and customer requests through a ticketing system.
