Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to support our engineering team in building test fixtures, debugging circuitry, setting up test equipment, and performing critical testing procedures. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with a background in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering who thrives in a dynamic, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up dynamometers for electric motor and inverter testing.
- Perform inspections and diagnostic tests to identify defects in electronic assemblies.
- Rework products following company and industry standards.
- Build test harnesses, loads, and circuit boards to support product development.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Identify and report process or design issues and assist in corrective actions.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members.
- Design and build engineering test fixtures as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
