Lead with Expertise, Drive Excellence

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of technical professionals in delivering exceptional support and maintenance for advanced systems at client sites. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and seamless communication between technical teams and design management. By taking charge of scheduling, problem resolution, and team development, you will be a key player in driving service quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate technical and administrative support activities, including installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and engineering upgrades at client locations.
  • Ensure comprehensive records and systems are maintained to track activities and support operational efficiency.
  • Schedule and assign personnel to respond to critical client needs, prioritizing swift and effective resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and design management, escalating technical challenges and ensuring effective communication of issues.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performing and efficient workforce.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 24 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, ensuring efficient operations and high morale.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients, technical teams, and management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating field service activities for complex systems or capital equipment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and resource allocation software.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair best practices.
  • Strong understanding of technical documentation and reporting.
