We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a solid understanding of power electronics, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position involves developing and executing testing procedures, analyzing data, and ensuring products meet quality, delivery, and cost goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and format test requirements. Review and provide constructive feedback on requirements.
- Conduct and oversee power electronic product verification and validation testing, both internally and externally, with guidance as needed.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of testing results and schedules. Regularly communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Utilize troubleshooting and debugging techniques to identify root causes of issues, with support from team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
- Ensure testing aligns with product specifications by working closely with project team members.
- Occasionally travel domestically (12 times annually) to meet customers and support project requirements.
- Contribute to other departmental activities as required.
