## Duties
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to source candidates, including social media management and job boards
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Implement training development programs for new hires
## Requirements
- Knowledge of conducting background checks and E-Verify processes.
- Experience in administering drug tests for employees.
- Knowledge of the onboarding / pre-onboarding process.
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent management, and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of technical recruiting processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in employee relations and maintaining a positive candidate experience
