The Manufacturing Supervisor Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our production operations by overseeing daily activities, monitoring processes, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily production activities to meet customer demands and production targets.
- Implementation of measures to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Supervision of a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance and skills.
- Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment.
- Lean, 5S experience required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, production management software, and data analysis tools.
