Job Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle process, including preparing offer letters, conducting new hire orientations, processing paperwork, and managing exit procedures.

Maintain accurate employee records in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyze data as needed.

Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Liaise with benefits providers and resolve employee issues.

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.

Assist with payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.

Manage HR department calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies.

Excellent admin skills

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
