Safety Leadership Position
We are seeking a highly experienced EHS Manager to lead our site in East Providence, Rhode Island. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing EHS personnel, developing effective EHS management systems, and providing recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a safety-conscious leader who can oversee all EHS projects from concept to execution. They will also align or develop EHS programs to support the addition of new products, services, or technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EHS personnel and ensure effective execution of EHS management system
- Develop solutions to EHS issues and establish improvement strategies for short and long-term goals
- Communicate goals to site personnel and provide feedback on performance
- Oversee all EHS projects from concept to execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
- Minimum 7 years management experience with at least 5 years in leading a site on all EHS relevant topics
- Knowledge of state and federal EHS regulations and experience working with regulations
