We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Duties
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order fulfillment processes.
- Conduct quality control checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed for efficient order picking.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Follow safety protocols to minimize risks while operating machinery and handling products.

Requirements
- Previous experience in order picking or related roles within a distribution center is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and transport products as required by the role.
