Mimma Burke - State Farm Agency, located in Portland, CT, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales - Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
This is a sales and service role. As our Insurance Team Member your role is to ensure excellent sales and service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others. Someone who is skilled at opening doors and influencing people!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
