Job Description

Staff On Site are currently seeking a 2nd shift Lead QC Inspector.

Hours : M-Th 2 : 25 pm – 12 : 55 am

Pay Rate : $ 17.00

Qualifications :

Supervisory experience a plus
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge / skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to delegate and complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Ability to handle stressful situations and pressure
Ability to multi-task as priorities change frequently
Ability to follow Company SOPs
Willingness to accept and learn new responsibilities
Attention to detail
Flexibility (must be able to work overtime as needed)
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities :

Perform room / area clearances prior to repackaging operations

Perform weight verifications, verify label information, and other applicable tasks to approve the start of a production run

Perform in-process inspection for filling / sealing

Perform batch sampling for finished product, stability, and development / experimental batches

Perform physical finished product testing

Prepare any samples for shipment to contract laboratory

Participate in execution or data accumulation for protocols, experiments, product development

Supervise QC Inspectors’ daily responsibilities for incoming inspection, in-process inspection, product sampling, finished product testing, and label issuance

Communicate with Supervisor / Manager to determine tasks needed to be completed for

the day and areas of improvement

Assist QC Manager with staff evaluations, staffing agency interviews, and other duties and tasks once trained

Additional duties as required
