Customer Service Specialist II
In this role you will be supporting the Learning Solutions department and you will be making outbound calls to sell Skills Training to HVAC Dealers and their employees. The calls are to any dealer who merchandises HVAC products to improve their skill set on the products.
LOCATION : Richardson, Texas 75080
POSITION : Long Term, but has Right to Hire Potential
SCHEDULE : 8AM - 5PM on site
PAYRATE : 21.00 hour
The Customer Service Team reaches out to dealers and encourages them to sign them up for a skills training class.
Three levels of Sales Training :
- Entry level
- Master selling for experienced people in HVAC
- Advanced master selling class
In addition to selling the Training Classes you will assist by :
