Job Overview
We are seeking an entry level CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties
Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and ensure quality control.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Skills
Proficiency in operating CNC machines preferred
Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
Ability to assemble tooling and components accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure product standards are met consistently.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
