- Assist users with / troubleshoot technical issues relating to broadband Internet services, telephone, and cable television technical inquiries.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Previous IT Support or similar experience required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required
- Must have excellent initiative, time management and documentation skills
