Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, maintaining product quality, and supporting the overall production process. This position requires a team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Line Operations : Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment on the production line to ensure efficient performance and minimal downtime.
- Quality Control : Conduct routine inspections of to meet company quality standards, including verifying packaging, labeling, and product consistency.
- Equipment Maintenance : Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Inventory Management : Assist in tracking materials, ensuring an adequate supply for production needs.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to company safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Sanitation and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and production areas to comply with food and beverage industry standards.
