Overview: An experienced Quality Management (QM) IT Consultant is sought to support program activities involving measure methodology, data analysis, project management, process redesign, and change management strategies. The consultant will play a key role in designing and implementing initiatives that align with organizational strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop automated, interactive dashboards and performance measures to support strategic initiatives.
Work on care management-related measures in alignment with established models.
Design and develop automated reporting systems, executive and managerial reports, and ad-hoc reports.
Assist in developing reports and operational tools to support program goals.
Identify underserved populations and assist in developing interventions to improve service equity.
Research and advise on emerging technologies for data collection and automated reporting.
Design and develop automated reporting tools for infection control, prevention programs, and population-specific initiatives.
Analyze industry quality standards and provide recommendations based on benchmarks, quality improvement methods, and measurement specifications.
Conduct analyses related to potentially avoidable events and advise on intervention strategies.
Assist in survey development, methods, and analysis to inform leadership on qualitative aspects of organizational performance.
Provide strategic recommendations for governance practices over data and business intelligence.
Lead specialized enterprise-wide ad-hoc analyses involving comparative evaluations of large-scale healthcare delivery systems.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in developing performance measures and interactive dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and automated reporting.
Expertise in project management, process redesign, and large-scale change management strategies.
Knowledge of industry quality standards and best practices for healthcare and service delivery.
Ability to conduct in-depth analyses on healthcare-related data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Experience in developing and implementing interventions for underserved populations.
Familiarity with governance practices for large-scale business intelligence and data reporting systems.
Ability to lead enterprise-wide analyses and comparative evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications:
