The Business Process & Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within the Adult Correctional Health Program. This role requires collaboration with business users to define reporting needs, gather data requirements, and deliver meaningful insights through data visualization tools.

- Work closely with business users to identify reporting needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to prepare it for reporting and analysis.
- Design and develop user-friendly reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through data cleaning, normalization, and aggregation techniques.
- Deploy reports and dashboards to designated platforms while managing access controls and user permissions.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and execute test plans to validate data accuracy and functionality of reports.
- Document data sources, report logic, and user requirements to maintain clear project records.
- Proficiency in SQL, including data cleaning, normalization, and aggregation techniques.
- Expertise in at least one reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS).
- Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in business process analysis and the ability to align reporting solutions with operational goals.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users, technical staff, and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in Health Services and Social Services is a plus.
