Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop centralized SharePoint portals to unify multiple sites.
Build internal and public-facing SharePoint team and communication sites based on business requirements.
Create reusable templates to enable rapid solution deployment.
Collaborate with project teams, operations, and stakeholders to deliver iterative solutions.
Administer and manage a large SharePoint environment, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
Develop governance strategies and training materials for end users.
Monitor usage, assess system performance, and recommend improvements.
Research and apply best practices to enhance SharePoint workflows and capabilities.
Provide real-time user support and training during periods of high utilization.
Support system administrators with collection optimization tasks.
Track project progress to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Provide monthly status reports and documentation as required.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.
Strong experience in SharePoint architecture, configuration, design, development, and deployment.
Proven ability to manage and customize Office 365 Enterprise E3 environments.
Skilled in developing custom web parts, workflows, site definitions, lists, libraries, and content types.
Familiarity with intranet governance, training development, and user adoption strategies.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2013/2010, and earlier versions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Windows SharePoint Services (WSS), BCS, Excel Services, and Performance Point.
Web design and development experience within the SharePoint framework.
