Position Overview:
A leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to support its internal business units and align technology initiatives with strategic goals. The BRM will serve as a liaison between IT and the business, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value and that solutions are in sync with enterprise objectives.
This role requires strong collaboration across project teams, business leaders, IT management, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business operations and IT capabilities, with the ability to mediate challenges and foster long-term alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units.
Align IT services and solutions with business priorities and strategic goals.
Translate business needs into IT requirements and ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, IT leadership, and business SMEs to identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
Help drive continuous improvement in IT-business interactions and outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Relationship Manager or similar role.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies.
Strong analytical, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical Requirements:
