Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Business Analyst to support software implementation, vendor coordination, documentation, and user support across various technical initiatives. This hybrid role requires a candidate who is equally comfortable with project oversight, business analysis, and hands-on application configuration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across departments and vendors, and a proactive mindset in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Business Analysis
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, schedules, change requests, and closure reports
Elicit, develop, and document business and technical requirements
Analyze and organize requirements to ensure clarity, traceability, and actionable outcomes
Create detailed technical specifications, software test plans, and user guides
Conduct quality assurance testing to verify software reliability and alignment with business needs
Maintain and update documentation related to application processes and workflows
Train end users on both new and existing software systems to support user adoption
Prepare and manage RFPs, RFBs, and ETB-related project documentation
Vendor Collaboration & Software Configuration
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and resolve issues
Participate in product implementations and manage system configurations
Implement system changes using administrative interfaces (non-coding changes)
Provide functional oversight and input during system implementations
User Management & Support
Provide comprehensive user management, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical support
Serve as the primary point of contact for software-related inquiries
Provide live support for Board of Supervisor meetings as needed

Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders is a plus

Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly
